Introduction
Jingliu is a DPS character that enhances her own attacks by entering a special state. In battle, she utilizes the special state to strengthen herself, have her Action Advanced, and use powerful abilities.
Skills Overview
Basic Attack – Lucent Moonglow
[Single Target]
Deals Ice DMG equal to 50%–110% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy.
Skill – Transcendent Flash
[Single Target]
Deals Ice DMG equal to 100%–220% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy and obtains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy.
Skill – Moon On Glacial River
[Blast]
Deals Ice DMG equal to 125%–275% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 62.5%–137.5% of Jingliu’s ATK to adjacent enemies. Consumes 1 stack(s) of Syzygy. Using this ability does not consume Skill Points.
Ultimate – Florephemeral Dreamflux
[Blast]
Deals Ice DMG equal to 180%–324% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 90%–162% of Jingliu’s ATK to any adjacent enemies. Gains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy after attack ends.
Talent – Crescent Transmigration
[Enhance]
When Jingliu has 2 stack(s) of Syzygy, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100% and her CRIT Rate increases by 40%–52%. Then, Jingliu’s Skill “Transcendent Flash” becomes enhanced and turns into “Moon On Glacial River,” and becomes the only ability she can use in battle.
When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to 4% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies’ HP to lower than 1).
Jingliu’s ATK increases by 540% of the total HP consumed from all allies in this attack, capped at 90%–198% of her base ATK, lasting until the current attack ends.
Jingliu cannot enter the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current Spectral Transmigration state ends. Syzygy can stack up to 3 times. When Syzygy stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.
Technique – Shine of Truth
[Impair]
After using this Technique, creates a dimension around Jingliu that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this dimension will become Frozen.
After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn(s).
While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive Ice Additional DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu’s ATK at the start of every turn. Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.
Ascension 2 – Deathrealm
While in the Spectral Transmigration state, increases Effect RES by 35%.
Ascension 4 – Sword Champion
After using Transcendent Flash, the next action will be Advanced Forward by 10%.
Ascension 6 – Frost Wraith
While in the Spectral Transmigration state, increases Ultimate DMG by 20%.

1) I Shall Be My Own Sword
Increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 20~32%. When an ally (excluding the wearer) gets attacked or loses HP, the wearer gains 1 stack of Eclipse, up to a max of 3 stack(s). Each stack of Eclipse increases the DMG of the wearer’s next attack by 14.0~24.0%. When 3 stacks are reached, additionally enables the attack to ignore 12~20% of the enemy’s DEF. This effect will be removed after the wearer uses an attack.
2) On the Fall of an Aeon
Whenever the wearer attacks, their ATK is increased by 8~16% in this battle. This effect can stack up to 4 time(s). After a character inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, the wearer’s DMG increases by 12~24% for 2 turn(s).
3) The Unreachable Side
Increase the wearer’s CRIT Rate and Max HP by 18~30%. After the wearer is attacked or consumes their own HP, increases the wearer’s DMG by 24~40%. This effect is dispelled after the user uses an attack.
4) Something Irreplaceable
Increases the wearer’s ATK by 24~40%. When the wearer defeats an enemy or is hit, immediately restores HP equal to 8~12% of the wearer’s ATK. At the same time, the wearer’s DMG is increased by 24~40% until the end of their next turn. This effect cannot stack and can only trigger 1 time per turn.
5) A Secret Vow
Increases DMG dealt by the wearer by 20~40%. The wearer also deals an extra 20~40% of DMG to enemies whose current HP percentage is equal to or higher than the wearer’s current HP percentage.
6) Collapsing Sky
Increases the wearer’s Basic ATK and Skill DMG by 20~40%.

Team Recommendations
1) Destruction Duo
Whenever Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration and consumes allies’ HP to use the Enhanced Skill, Blade will also stack 1 Charge. When his Charge reaches the maximum (5 stacks) he will trigger the Talent – Shuhu’s Gift that deals a follow-up attack while also restoring his own HP. In other words, Blade can spam his Talent – which is one of his main damage outputs – much more when added to Jingliu’s team. You can swap Luocha for Lynx.

2) Ice Team
Bronya can dispel a debuff, make the selected ally immediately take action, and increases ATK + Crit DMG. If you don’t have her, you can use Tingyun.
Silver Wolf can add 1 new Weakness to enemies and reduce the opponent’s DEF (Best to bring along if the enemy doesn’t have Ice Weakness).
Pela is almost the same as Silver Wolf as she can reduce DEF but Pela is better for mobs while Silver Wolf for a single-target boss.
