Your character build in Cyberpunk 2077 is determined by the attributes and perks you're selecting. However, if you want to revert to the default specs, you can only do it once by performing an attribute respec. The Reset Attributes Always Available mod adds unlimited respec allowing you to rebuild V from scratch whenever you want.

If you feel the absence of the car tuning feature, you have to try out the Car Modification Shop built by E3roKK. It adds the Car Garage POI in Watson Northside that you can visit to customize your car's functional features such as engine, transmission, breaks, and more.

This feature isn't something I like as a player who wants complete control over whatever limited weapon customization the game has. Whenever you equip a new weapon in the game, you'll get a unique weapon inspect animation. These animations are really cool in my opinion, but there's no way to see them again unless you use the Always First Equip mod.

If you're looking for a visual and graphic mod for Cyberpunk 2077, I'd recommend Natural Californian Lighting. It's my favorite because installing the mod doesn't affect your performance, therefore it's suitable for all users. The contrast and lighting changes offered by this mod are subtle yet profound.
No Intro Videos - Cyberpunk 2077 2.0
Sometimes changing the smallest of things can make a big impact on your experience. I never liked the long intro screen and multiple key presses required to enter the world of Cyberpunk 2077. If you feel the same, try out the No Intro Videos mod that basically removes all the starting clips.
