Warm Yourself Up

When making it to the accommodation floor, use the heater on the floor to warm yourself up.

Find a Way Up to the Roof

Once you are warm, leave the heater and head through the door to your left—note the phone on your right—as you need to find a way up to the roof to help Roy.

When leaving through the door, very briefly enter the hallway opposite the Crew Lounge and then quickly return to the now-ringing telephone we pointed out earlier, where Caz will hear another conversation from Suze.

Following the conversation, head back down the hallway and enter the door opposite the Crew Lounge. At the end, you’ll find a note on the Canteen door from Roy, who has gone to the roof.

Now, return to the Crew Lounge and head through the door at the end. When entering, you’ll hear a creature screaming in the distance. When rounding the corner, inspect the dead crew member partially consumed by the veins in the middle of the room.

Now, crawl through the broken cubicles and climb into the vent above the metal shelf along the wall. Navigate through the vent and then open the door. Head down the hallway, and you’ll soon find a map on the wall to your left of the Accommodation floor.

You need to get to the other side of the floor to reach the roof access point. So, turn around and head through the vent on the wall, where you’ll find yourself in the Shower Room.

From the Shower Room, quickly make your way around the corner, where you’ll find a vent you can climb into high up on the wall.

As you reach this vent, the crew member in the middle of the room, who the creature had consumed, will awaken and attempt to get you—he can’t.

Ready to continue, climb into the vent and follow the path forward until you see Trots patrolling the floor below you.

Get Past Trots to the Roof

Unable to go further, jump down to the floor below, immediately run left, and head into the gap between the broken cabin door.

Safe from Trots, inspect the dead crew member on the chair and then climb up into the ceiling vent.

Navigate to the vent's end and jump into the cabin. Here, you can inspect another crew member sitting in a chair who has died. Did Trots do this?

To get past Trots, who’s patrolling the hallway outside the room, open the door and quickly hide beneath the table behind you until Trots has disappeared into the area down the hall.

While sneaking, leave the comfort of the hiding spot and enter the hallway. Continue forward, and you’ll find a small gap to your right that you can crawl beneath, leading to a bathroom. In here, open the vent at the end of the room, head into the shower room, and climb up into the ceiling vent with the help of the laundry cart.

Now, upon climbing up, quickly crawl through the vent, as Trots will enter the room and begin chasing you through the vent. As long as you continue crawling, you’ll eventually lose him as you drop down into another cabin.

Escape to the Roof

Before leaving the room, inspect the dead crew member who’s lying in the bottom bunk.

Now, leave the room and head down the corridor. At the end, enter the flooded cabin.

When you’re ready, enter through the vent in the wall. Upon entering the next room, you’ll pop the Snoop achievement for entering every enterable cabin, should you have explored every cabin so far.

After popping the achievement, you will notice that this cabin belongs to Roy. So, pick up the insulin off the desk and crawl into the vent beside the desk. When exiting the vent, Trots will begin to chase you. So, sprint into the stairwell to your right, where you’ll witness a short cutscene as the roof collapses onto Trots.

Safe for now, continue up the stairwell and through the Roof Access door.
