It has been cold here in Nebraska and I admit I go a little stir crazy in the winter. My husband on the other hand has kept himself very preoccupied with the wii he bought me for my birthday. Since I can’t go outside without getting frostbite, I decided to bother him while he is playing his favorite game lego star wars. I’m sure more pictures of him playing the wii will pop up again this winter.
My photographer friend and I spent this Saturday in Louisville, NE. It is a small little town with the friendliest residents. The residents were a little confused as to why we were out there with our cameras. As soon as we told them we were photographers they welcomed us to take pictures of their homes. Nebraska has some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I finally found sometime to finish some editing from last Saturday. The first picture is from a work breakfast I went to Saturday morning. It was at the Omaha Press Club. They had a pancake bar and a I was a little distracted by the food. I would love to go back and take pictures if I ever have the chance. There have been two big snow storms here this week. I hope to make it outside tomorrow to enjoy the snow. I did not enjoy driving out to another Christmas party this morning. I haven’t been in the Christmas spirit this year. If Josh and I watch a Muppet Christmas Carol it will motivate me. We finally got our tree up last weekend and its quite full with eight ornaments!
This weekend I decided to go explore Omaha. Here are a few things I found……
My husband and I spent the evening at Vala’s pumpkin patch. It is a great place and I’m not saying that just because I love pumpkins.
